CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING OFFICE ASSISTANT
- Full Time, M-F, 7:30am - 4:00pm
- $15.00 per hour or more Depending on Experience
- Temp to Hire
- Will answer low volume telephone calls; take messages, check messages, transfer calls
- Open, sort and distribute mail
- Accounts Payable; code invoices, input invoices and accurate details, add vendors, reconcile vendor statements
- Must have QuickBooks Experience (Desktop Enterprise/Contractor Version preferred - not online).
- Filing
- Matching checks to invoices
- Use of stamps.com for priority and First-Class mailing
- Setting up new job folders and updating companywide Job and Distribution lists
- Must be proficient with: MS Word and Excel, Chrome, Gmail and knowledge of Google Drive is a plus
- Preferred, but not required: understanding of CA Lien Law, Construction background, knowledge of Dig Alert system in CA, knowledge about coding with general ledger accounts
