PART-TIME FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
JOB DUTIES:
Providing administrative and customer service support to existing staff.
Answering calls (taking messages, transferring, etc.)
Retrieving voicemails and text messages each morning and throughout the day.
Greeting walk-in traffic; addressing their needs, assisting them with paperwork, etc.
Making photo copies and putting packets together.
Maintaining paper and electronic records.
Will frequently correspond via email.
Scanning
Filing
Data Entry
Maintaining a neat and clean work station and lobby.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have high attention to detail.
Must have excellent organization and time management skills.
Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
Must be flexible and willing to adjust between slow, moderate and high paced moments of the day/week/month.
Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
OTHER:
Minimum 20 hours per week.
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 1:00pm preferred, but there are flexible options if needed.
$16.00 per hour
