SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The temporary Receptionist & Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our Company; therefore, excellent customer service skills are necessary. Receptionist duties include: greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors, appropriately notifying company personnel of visitor’s arrival; maintaining the security of the lobby; and coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Ultimately, the Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure that the front desk welcomes guests in a positive and professional manner, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Customer Service duties include: handling customer complaints: providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely and efficient manner, as well as following up to ensure resolution was achieved. Customer Service troubleshooting strategies are to be conducted through telephone, email and online review responses. The position will require maintaining customer information in database and generating monthly complaint reports. A pleasant personality and excellent problem solving skills are essential requirements in providing excellent Customer Service.
