Role Overview: As a Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data landscape of our organization. You will be responsible for creating cohesive relationships across the enterprise, gaining a deep understanding of our business model, current data environment, and needs. You will lead data architecture and modeling efforts, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as Snowflake, Azure, and other cloud data products. Your primary focus will be on designing data structures and identifying business transformation logic to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate business requirements into conceptual and detailed logical data models.
• Create logical data models based on existing applications and databases.
• Oversee and govern the expansion of our existing data architecture and optimize data query performance.
• Design and architect strategies for enterprise-level database systems.
• Construct large relational databases capable of handling vast amounts of data.
• Seamlessly integrate new systems with our existing data warehouse structure.
• Collaborate closely with multiple business functions to provide guidance in implementing the right data models and best practices.
• Work in tandem with business partners, stakeholders, and the data governance team to create a logical data model architecture for various data objects.
• Leverage your expertise in modern data architecture techniques and cloud data technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data architecture and modeling.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Azure, and related cloud data products.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
• Expertise in designing and optimizing large relational databases.
• Experience integrating new systems into existing data warehouses.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with modern data architecture techniques and cloud data technologies.
