    Job Description As the Advertising Coordinator, you will serve as a conduit for communications within the Marketing department, providing support with primary and sales tasks to ensure smooth operations of the company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to improve your ability to select the best campaign strategy for the clients' goals.

    Salary range: $40000 - $55000 per year.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify and develop relationships with sales personnel, community partners and agencies to promote our services and events.

    • Be responsible for feature-launch and market-launch sales projects.

    • Engage multiple stakeholders to help determine requirements and priorities that maximize value creation

    • Provide ad hoc communications support to the Product teams.

    • Work with the Product Team to create, implement, and optimize sales campaigns to improve retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.

    • Interface with Marketing and Product Development on all product matters

    • Lead collaboration with product launch managers and agency partners to ensure proper product messaging and consistency in execution of overall strategy

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s degree in related field is a plus.

    • Ability to work autonomously

    • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.

    • Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.

    • Strong communication skills to ensure you can liaise cross-department .

    • A self-motivator and multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment.

    • Professional manner and strong ethical code.

    • Experience within a similar role is an asset.
