The successful candidate will collaborate with the Social Media Manager and contribute to content creation, community management, and data analysis to optimize our social media efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation: Create, curate, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
    • Visual Content: Design eye-catching graphics, images, and videos to complement social media posts and maintain brand consistency.
    • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Trends and Insights: Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
    • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, including collaborating with influencers or partners when applicable.

    Requirements and skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), including an understanding of their advertising features.
    • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative mindset and a passion for storytelling through social media.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
    • Up-to-date with current social media trends and best practices.
