Shown Media is an NYC-based creative studio that partners with category-defining tech companies to engineer virality around fundraise announcements and product launches.

We create campaigns that dominate X (Twitter) and LinkedIn feeds—regularly reaching tens of millions of views. Our Emmy-winning creative team serves as the backbone of every campaign, blending storytelling, strategy, and distribution to drive outsized impact.

    Role Overview

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of primarily B2B influencer-driven campaigns.

In this role, you'll shape campaign strategy, guide influencer partnerships, and ensure launches break through on platforms like X and LinkedIn. You'll work closely with the Campaign Director and creative team, while leveraging support from coordinators to scale outreach and execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop influencer-led campaign strategies
Build strategies grounded in platform best practices to drive viral product launches on X and LinkedIn.

    • Define and source the right talent
Identify ideal influencer profiles for each campaign and ensure alignment with brand voice, audience, and goals.

    • Manage sourcing and outreach workflows
Oversee influencer discovery, vetting, and outreach with support from an Influencer Marketing Coordinator.

    • Ensure high-quality content output
Review influencer content and provide feedback to ensure it aligns with campaign objectives and resonates culturally.

    • Track performance and operations
Manage campaign tracking systems across budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally
Partner with creative and strategy teams to integrate influencer efforts into broader campaigns.

    • Stay ahead of trends
Monitor social trends, meme cycles, and platform updates to keep campaigns relevant and competitive.

    Qualifications

    • 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or campaign strategy (B2B and agency experience preferred)

    • Proven track record of leading influencer campaigns from strategy through execution

    • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with campaign tracking tools (Google Sheets required; Airtable, Notion, or platforms like Grin/AspireIQ are a plus)

    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

    • Deep understanding of X and LinkedIn culture (being “chronically online” is a plus)

    • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

    • Experience managing budgets and using data to inform decisions

    Location

On-site — New York, United States

    Benefits

    • Paid time off

    • Paid U.S. holidays

    • Internal education and training

    • Creative, fast-paced work environment
