As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with our content and brand teams to support influencer campaigns from concept to execution. You'll gain hands-on experience across the entire influencer marketing lifecycle, from sourcing talent and writing briefs to analyzing performance and helping craft content that feels native, not ad-like. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content trends, and learning how brands collaborate with creators to drive buzz and relevance.

Compensation & Work Setup:
This is a paid, hourly internship running from July 2025 through December 2025, with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs. Compensation will be based on experience level.
The role is Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET and follows a hybrid work model. All team members are expected to be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely or in-office on Mondays and Fridays.
At The Vita Coco Company, compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors, which may include but are not limited to: skill set, experience, education, training, licensure and certifications, knowledge and abilities of the applicant, alignment with market data, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $50,000-$60,000. This range may vary for positions that will be performed outside of California, Colorado, Nevada, New York City, Westchester County, NY, Rhode Island, or Washington.
