This position is for a FULL-TIME ENERGETIC CONTENT CREATOR & EDITOR who loves making stories come to life through capturing footage and editing amazing pieces together for internal and external use.

THIS JOB WILL CONSIST OF

• Working with a team of staff and volunteers in the Media department under the Senior Pastor to deliver marketing that will show the world the heart and culture of Influencers Church

• Video editing and content creation for various weekend services, social and digital platforms

• Motion graphic creation and light animation work

• Live filming and on-set production

• Project managing requests from departments and campuses through working with Pastors and media team to achieve the needs from each department and weekend services

YOU ARE:

• Able to visualize the entire timeline, but never lose track of a single keyframe
• In touch with the latest cultural trends on social media
• Excellent at written and verbal communication 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (with a mastery of After Effects & Premiere Pro)
• Proficient and familiar with various live & broadcast camera equipment including but not limited to the Sony A7 range, Canon DSLRs, Blackmagic range and various other high-end cinematic cameras (RED, Arri etc).
• Knowledgeable in filmmaking, graphic design, typography, and color theory 
• Comfortable working between After Effects, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve and other motion graphics / animation-based programs
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, pro-actively communicating with your team and supervisors
• Insanely gifted but grounded and humble

YOU WILL:

• Deliver engaging visual content, including message recap videos, music videos, teaching content and weekend series bumpers.
• Creatively work under the Media Director to best represent the church with all video content presented through various markets on social media, online and beyond.
• Manage technical aspects of the filmmaking dept including cameras, lighting and design for single-cam and multi-cam productions
• Manage post-production processes to ensure all work is delivered and fits within the vision of various projects
• Collaborate with the media team to budget, cast, scout and produce work
• Develop and execute campaigns to support church initiatives and values
• Design and animate social media posts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools
• Manage and care for provided equipment
