    Influx Building Technologies is seeking an experienced Framer to build prefabricated panels for commercial projects at our production facility in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wood framing techniques for commercial construction projects. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine framing specifications.

    Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials according to framing plans.

    Attaching building materials using screws, nuts, and bolts.

    Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and tools.

    Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a construction framer or similar role.

    Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.

    Strong carpentry skills, including the ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble wood framing components.

    Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to framing construction.

    Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting and prolonged standing.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Certification or training in carpentry or framing techniques.

    Experience operating power tools and construction equipment.

    Familiarity with framing software and digital construction tools.

    OSHA certification or training in workplace safety practices.

    High school diploma or GED.

    At least three years' experience as a carpenter or similar.

    Valid driver's license.
