Customers across financial services, content distribution, connected television, eCommerce, gaming, and entertainment all trust InfoSum to seamlessly and compliantly connect their customer data to other partners through privacy-safe, permissioned, data networks.

    There are many applications for InfoSums technology, including standard data-onboarding to much more sophisticated use cases that allow for the creation of owned identity platforms, the development of new data and advertising products, and the formation of entirely new marketplaces.

    InfoSum was founded in 2015. The company has multiple patents, protecting its invention of the non-movement of data. InfoSum is based in the US and UK, with offices, and customers across Europe and North America. The company is poised for exponential growth in 2021, with a fresh $15MM Series A investment, and a rapidly expanding client base.

    We are looking for a Communications Manager to lead our external communications activity in the US. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content for our owned channels (website, content marketing, social media, email marketing etc.), earned channels (press coverage, SEO, etc.) and paid channels (display ads, social media ads, search engine ads, etc.) that engage and nurture inbound leads.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Establish and maintain InfoSums relationship with key journalists This will include conducting regular briefings, as well as pitching and securing coverage of press releases, byline articles and commentary opportunities.
    • Drafting various content, including blogs, byline articles, press releases, award entries and speaker submissions.
    • Research and provide recommendations on awards and speaking engagements that InfoSum should pursue, including writing any entries required.
    • Contribute to InfoSums weekly blog, including recommending topics that should be covered and included in our content plan.
    • Work with our Demand Generation Manager to draft and manage email marketing, social media and advertising campaigns.

    TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

    • 3+ years in a marketing communications role, preferably within the adtech or martech industries
    • Experience writing both short and long-form content that deliver high-quality inbound leads
    • Relationships with editors or journalists in key trade publications (e.g., Adweek, Ad Age, the Drum, FastCo, Campaign, etc.)
    • A keen sense of trends in the industry and experience packaging up work and news for pitching to the trades
    • A strategic mindset and an ability to execute both short-term and long-term initiatives
    • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of energy, accuracy and positive attitude
    • A detail-oriented and organized way of working
    • Exceptional communication and writing skills
    • Great relationship-building skills and experience dealing with people from all levels and departments
    • The ability to combine high emotional and analytical intelligence to solve problems proactively, and ability to make decisions based on solid data, sound judgment, empathy, and compassion.
