Job Title JIRA SMEReporting Analyst Location Allen TX Job description Responsible for developing dashboards and complex reports using JIRA and Tibco Spotfire. This position requires a JIRA Reporting SME with JIRA administration experience, proficient at analyzing data to develop customizable, filterable, high-impact dashboards in JIRA, other Atlassian tools and Tibco Spotfire. The successful candidate will have well-rounded IT project management and reporting background in both Agile and waterfall frameworks. Heshe will migrate existing waterfall methodology reports to the Agile framework by providing insights into industry best practices, and a clear understanding of the reporting capabilities of the tools. ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES Build filters, custom dashboards, and reports to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operationalperformance metrics and status reports using JIRA tools and Tibco Spotfire Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation for internal reports and dashboards Provide recommendations to end users and leaders on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within Jira Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation for internal reports and dashboards Migrate existing waterfall dashboards and reports to the Agile framework Developing Agile metrics for different use cases and audiences (leadership, business users, managers, development teams). Integrate API s to create Dashboard metrics. Build collaboration spaces in Confluence AdvisePropose custom workflows, fields, permission schemes, post functions, etc. ModifyUpdateDesign Spotfire Dashboards. ModifyUpdateDesign data models to be used by various reporting and data discovery tools. Serve as internal SME for the PMO on the JIRA tool Utilize strong database and data warehouse skills to best utilize program data in BI Reporting using Spotfire. Consult on ways to optimize and improve Jira setup and process workflows and identify where functionality can or cannot meet user requests. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of hands-on experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian Products such as JIRA Core, JIRA Software, Confluence, and key 3rd-party add-ons 2+ years of experience working with Tibco Spotfire 3+ years of experience with agile software development techniques, methodologies and best practices Advanced Jira, Scriptrunner, and Confluence knowledge with experience in developing Agile metrics for different use cases and audiences (business users, managers, development teams). Experience integrating API s to create Dashboard metrics. Experience building collaboration spaces in Confluence.
