Are you an outgoing and well-spoken graduate with a strong desire to succeed? We want you to join our Corporate office in Edison, New Jersey! You will be responsible for IT Service Solutions and Staff Augmentation outside sales to build relationships and new business with Commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a desire to succeed in Business Development, Staff Augmentation and IT. We are offering an exciting and challenging role in building new and lasting relationships with clients across the country, and we hope your first and longest lasting relationship will start with us!
BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for interacting with clients within various accounts in the Government and Commercial industry
Generate business by cold calling
Travel will be required so a valid driver’s license will be required
Responsible for identifying and placing technology professionals into contract employment opportunities.
Participating at trade shows, networking events, career fairs and networking seminars
Some travel to local and regional clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
You are a go-getting, highly-motivated team player, energized by an entrepreneurial environment, and you bring the emotional and social intelligence needed to cultivate strong relationships and a deep network of contacts
You’re drawn to dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly growing companies where “work hard and play hard” is in everyone’s DNA
Ideally, you have 1 year of Business Development experience in the Digital Marketing, Sales, Creative Services or Technology industries
You’re employed in a B2B sales capacity outside of the creative space, but selling is what you do, you’re eager to learn and you love a challenge
You have a Bachelor’s Degree
