Job Description
Infoplus is currently hiring a Business Development Representative to be the change-maker part of our sales team. This role is the key to starting relationships with leads in our target market and taking them from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and turning them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) that can be taken through the final stages of the sales process with an Infoplus Sales Executive. Your work at the beginning stage of these relationships will help us always be the first in the door to find and begin to serve new customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is relatively new in their career and looking to work and learn together with a highly-motivated team. We need someone who is persistent, sharp, fast, and loves getting to know new people.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Initial outreach calls and emails to Marketing Qualified (Inbound) Leads within 5 minutes
Initial qualification calls of MQL's for Sales Entry
Mastering and delivering the Infoplus “3 Uniques” to drive further interest in Infoplus
Managing Hubspot (CRM) tasks and making updates associated with MQL to SQL conversions
Booking in depth interviews and demos for our Sales Account Executives
Managing the lifecycle of an MQL to an SQL
Detailing the contact status within Hubspot and executing all workflow tasks
Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
Determine the prospect's interest and desire for a WMS and/or Infoplus
Goals: Book 20+ Qualification Calls per week
QUALIFICATIONS
At least one year of professional experience
B.A. or B.S. Degree in Sales, Marketing, or other related field
Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
Interest in working with a cutting edge, fast growing SaaS company
Experience reaching and exceeding weekly and monthly activity goals/quotas
Familiarity with Hubspot
Understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and/or e-commerce
