    Job Description

    We are hiring for a Sales Support Coordinator position WITHIN OUR WEALTH MANAGEMENT GROUP. You will work with account representatives, sales, customer service, operations, and marketing. You will be a team player who will support the current sales, business, and participating in other special projects. You will be responsible for ASSISTING THE SALES TEAM IN SELLING OUR GOODS AND SERVICES, identifying opportunities by rESEARCHING MARKET TRENDS, and generating more revenue resources for the business to increase profitability.

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

    1. WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE SALES team to respond to customer queries, prepare quotes and working with Customer Service/operation team on order fulfillments
    2. MAINTAIN ACCURATE CONTACT INFORMATION in internal CRM database
    3. MANAGING SALES LEADS; entering data into SFDC, liaising with appropriate sales rep, tracking results, and running reports
    4. CREATING AND PROCESSING SALES in a timely manner
    5. TRANSMITTING, TROUBLESHOOTING, AND TRACKING orders
    6. PARTNERING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE for resolving issues
    7. COORDINATING regular team meetings and follow-up
    8. HANDLING ALL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
    9. PROVIDING ASSISTANCE to management team members and executives as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF SALES OR MARKETING SUPPORT EXPERIENCE*
    • EXPERIENCE WITH handling the customers' inquiries and concerns, processing orders and payments, and resolving complaints.
    • Strong written and verbal skills
    • EXPERIENCE USING INTERNAL CRM DATABASE
    • Ability to work independently
    • Organizational skills
    • Working knowledge on Microsoft Suite
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce
