    Job Description

    Reporting into the Digital Product Delivery Manager, the Digital Product Delivery Coordinator provides an opportunity to become a highly skilled colleague in delivering best in class digital events across Informa Connect. The portfolio will focus on a growing number of small to large digital products, including webinars, virtual events and Digital Week’s that are exclusively online. The role will revolve around a comprehensive list of responsibilities and digital specialisms that occur throughout the digital product lifecycle. 

    Success in this role will be delivery of high quality, cost-effective and sustainable event experiences to agreed KPI’s and achieving ongoing product improvement reflected in customer satisfaction and NPS scores.  

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    PROJECT MANAGEMENT/DELIVERY (70%)

    ·         To take ownership for delivering a portfolio of digital Products, duties include:

      • The platform builds of digital products, to include: all platform uploads/integrations, (such as attendee lists) the uploading of branding assets, speaker bio’s and photos, event resource materials, the allocation of attendee badge classes/privileges, building all aspects of the event agenda and networking functions, the creation of SPEX booths, all back-end admin tasks and the setup of all networking functionality, such as polling
        • Undertake Platform tech check and quality assurance checks with Digital Product Delivery Manager

    o   Be the main point of contact for digital speaker’s and undertake all administrational support as required.  This could include the preparation of briefing packs, undertaking digital pre-records, the creation of holding slides, issuing calendar invites and undertaking speaker technical/AV checks

    o   Be the main point of contact for SPEX clients and undertake all tasks to ensure all elements of their SPEX packages are fulfilled

     

    Be a digital specialist within the ‘Digital Product Delivery’ team, working closely with Digital Product Delivery Managers, for ensuring we deliver best practice in the areas of platform, product, process and customer   

    o   Manage the on the day delivery of digital products, such as: managing polls and notifications and seed questions to moderators of the live digital event  

    o   Provide Crisp/helpdesk support on our digital platform  

    o   Add VIPs to closed door sessions if required (last minute VIP requests)

    o   Log video asset numbers for each session and update the agenda

    o   Make amendments to the platform as required

    o   Create and issue all event notifications.

    o   Manage the speaker green room/s and any other sessions (workshops etc.) that need to be hosted/moderated.  

    o   General digital product trouble-shooter

    o   Share behavioral patterns with the ‘Digital Product Delivery’ team and other key stakeholders (SPEX, marketing etc.)

    o   Provide updates as needed on session attendance and engagement for sponsor assets/areas as requested (end of each day)

    o   Action Incident Response Plan and process (if required)

     

    ADMINISTRATION (30%)

    ·         Data capture and analytics – Undertake all necessary event administration tasks, including incident response plans, sustainability worksheets, KPI data forms, business reports, accreditation administration and providing data for debrief meetings

    ·         Upload Video On Demand onto the digital event platform

    ·         Provide Sponsorship (or data delivery team) with post event data reports, circulate final attendee lists, provide accounts with no show/no pay, list of VIP no shows to VIP manager.

    ·         Prepare and upload FAQ’s onto digital platform.

    ·         Book staffing space in the office (as necessary) during the live ‘Digital Product Delivery’ days

    ·         Continually put forward ideas for improving processes to eliminate obsolete workflows and tools with little customer value or ROI.

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ·         Professional experience in the B2B Digital Service and/ or Media Industry or equivalent

    ·         Candidate must have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

    ·         Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal skills, extremely organized

    ·         Ability to work with various teams and be able to work under pressure when last-minute tasks arise. Previous webinar experience is very helpful to this individual.

    ·         An entrepreneurial spirit who is ready to take on an exciting challenge and is willing to take the initiative in the execution of virtual events.

     

    _The pay range for this position is $41,000 - $50,000 depending on experience. _
