Business Development Manager - Longevity Expo ( New B2C Event! )
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in securing funding from industry sponsors for our new B2C Longevity Expo ( Important: This is a brand new event focused on consumers! ).

This is a great opportunity for a Business Development Manager who is passionate about the longevity space and enjoys building strong relationships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients. ( Important for building strong partnerships and driving sales)
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions, overcome objections, and close deals. ( Important for securing sponsors and exhibitors)
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. ( Important for driving growth and success)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. ( Important for staying ahead of the curve and making informed decisions)
B2B sales experience is essential. ( Important understanding for this specific role)
Proficiency in CRM software, HubSpot, AdminBooth, SalesForce. ( Important for managing client relationships and sales pipeline)
Proficiency with MS Office Suite at a minimum intermediate level. ( Important for basic tasks and communication)
Experience with Cadmium Expo Harvester is a plus. ( Bonus skill that can be helpful)
Bachelor’s degree, BA/BS in biosciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical marketing, or business administration preferred. ( Preferred educational background)
Travel Requirements
Attend periodic team meetings, typically in Boca Raton, Florida.
Spend approximately one week onsite at one/two national conferences.
Be onsite at regional conferences as needed (typically weekends – 3-5 times/year).
Travel occasionally and infrequently as required by sponsors/exhibitors.
Further Information:
Competitive salary: $95,000 - $110,000 plus commission earned on sponsorship revenue.
