Job Description
As a Junior Digital Designer within Informa Medical's marketing team, you'll support the Creative Director in the development of visually engaging content across various digital platforms for our brands. Your creative expertise will drive user engagement, conversions, and revenue by crafting visually stunning digital assets and web based collateral. From captivating digital promotions to immersive interactive content, you'll leverage your keen eye for detail and engaging design style to attract and delight our specialist audience. With your technical skills, you'll bring concepts to life, crafting impactful visual pieces tailored for digital platforms and advertising campaigns. • Craft visually compelling graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets using innovative design concepts and persuasive visual rhetoric.
• Develop interactive designs that enhance user engagement and interaction across digital platforms.
• Continuously explore and incorporate cutting-edge digital design trends and techniques into promotional materials and website content.
• Generate captivating social media content and eye-catching display advertisements to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Interpret creative direction effectively, translating ideas into impactful visual representations, communicating key messages while ensuring brand consistency.
• Gain insights into the visual preferences of each brand's target audience and tailor designs accordingly to best resonate with them.
• Efficiently manage multiple project deadlines and brand requirements concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
• Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to align design and creative strategies with organizational objectives.
• Keep abreast of the latest design and video trends, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies to enhance creative outputs.
• Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as delegated.
The pay range for this position is 45,000 - 60,000 depending on experience

Qualifications
• Associates degree or above in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Wordpress Elementor, zmags Creator and other creative platforms.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Familiarity and working knowledge of HTML a plus.
• Technical knowledge about design for web, video creation, and other programs as required.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Previous digital design experience in a B2B or B2C environment within the Medical or Healthcare field.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn more about our products and audiences.
