    Job Description

    The purpose of the Accounts Receivable Intern role is to complete special projects in our finance team. This is a flexible role best suited for someone seeking to gain experience in the field or wanting part time work. This role requires excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail and practical skills and will also involve interfacing with the following teams/suppliers: Management Team, Order to Cash (O2C) Teams, Record to Report (R2R) Teams, Business Teams, External Suppliers/Customers and Shared Service Center Colleagues. 

    The Accounts Receivable Intern is expected to assume the following key responsibilities:

    • Completion of client-vendor setup forms
    • Client invoice portal management and online invoice submissions
    • Data validation for ERP transactional migrations
    • Team metrics reporting
    • Team order backlog reports
    • Custom reporting (i.e. Sales pacing reports)
    • Order quality audit per Risk and Control Matrix
    • Client sanctions screening via third-party software
    • Revenue and sales order reconciliations
    • ERP enhancement concept from preparation
    • Client refund request form preparation and submission
    • Ad hoc projects and reporting

    ***None of these tasks require a specific SAP role. More tasks could be assigned dependent upon SAP role.

    • Experience in admin, accounting, or bookkeeping preferred
    • Comfortable working and communicating with a variety of internal and external customers
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
