    Job Description

    Informa Markets, North America Business Engineering, seeks a Partnership Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Sales Operations team. This role is pivotal in collaborating with Marketing Teams to track and deliver Media Partnerships, working closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Event Management, and Operations. Reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, this position focuses on shows in North America within the events division.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Identifying and contacting Media Partner Opportunities with Event Marketing Teams.
    • Creating Media Partner Agreements and ensuring their completion and compliance with Informa policy and local law.
    • Maintaining Media Partner rates in Salesforce.
    • Collecting Deliverables for Media Partner Agreements.
    • Supporting the Sponsorship Fulfillment Team during busy periods, potentially assisting onsite at Events with Sponsorship Delivery.
    • Maintain accurate client contact notes and information in specified systems.
    • Review and audit contracts.
    • Manage multiple project timelines.
    • Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
    • Maintain professionalism and competence in all interactions.
    • Perform additional job duties as assigned.
    • Demonstrate good work habits and consistently meet expectations and deadlines.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Intermediate).
    • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
    • Team player with a positive attitude, able to collaborate internally.
    • Up to 5% domestic travel may be required.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Comfortable working across multiple systems and teams on a daily basis.
    • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service with integrity and honesty; self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Adaptable and able to work effectively within tight and changing deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated strong work ethic and drive to excel in current role.
    • Team player committed to supporting the group and organization's overall goals.

    The salary range for this position is $41,225 - $50,000 based on experience.
