Sales Operations Manager, Event & Media - US, Remote
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional with a strong track record in managing sales processes. This role will take charge of enhancing sales productivity for media and event sales by offering reporting, auditing, and process support to our sales representatives, sales leadership, and event and media fulfillment teams. As the Sales Operations Manager at New Hope Network, a division of Informa Markets, you will play a crucial role in delivering scheduled and on-demand reports , providing CRM training to the sales team, and supporting the effective use of event technology. You will establish clear processes for task delegation and oversee day-to-day operations in media sales.
