_ ABOUT THIS ROLE:_
Reporting to and supporting the Marketing Manager, As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing established marketing strategies and continuously ideating, developing, and delivering engaging omnichannel marketing campaigns supporting revenue creation, registration, and attendance for the designated Event Brand(s).
You will support the delivery and success of our Event Brands’ marketing initiatives and campaigns that engage and convert both existing / retention customers and net-new leads in a variety of ways, including but not limited to attendance of our live market events, show-floor space sales, endemic and non-endemic sponsorships, digital marketing services, and other digital products.
In addition, you will support multiple product categories with engaging, conversion-focused marketing campaigns and manage external partners, resources, freelancers, campaign calendars, promotion/delivery timelines, and other project management responsibilities.
Your focus may vary daily — from planning to project management and hands-on support of deliverables to creating project reports, status updates, and/or presentations.

You are a highly motivated, self-starting, organized, and creative individual with a passion for modern marketing, copywriting & communications, digital media, and design. A storyteller at heart, using creativity, an analytical mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit to ideate, develop, and execute mid and bottom-funnel, omnichannel marketing campaigns that effectively drive conversion and ultimately ensure both short and long-term successful business outcomes.
You are someone who can balance business priorities with marketing excellence; you are interested in modern marketing tactics, trends, best practices, strategies, analytics, and media trends and are excited about developing new approaches and tactics to grow our audience and improve conversions.
You possess a discerning creative eye and a deep understanding of marketing best practices. You have experience developing and planning omnichannel marketing campaigns, creating strong, engaging, innovative marketing copy, and delivering results. You thrive in highly collaborative team environments and can work successfully with multiple cross-functional teams across the broader marketing organization.
