    Job Description

    We are currently searching for an energetic Sales Support Specialist (formerly known as Inside Partners) to work on-site at our Carson headquarters. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between our corporate office and the field—supporting our outside sales representatives in multiple capacities. Successful candidates will have extensive administrative experience, a talent for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and the ability to excel in a supporting role. Sales experience is not required, but knowledge of the selling process is a big plus.

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • 2+ years of experience in customer support • Exceptional customer service skills in dealing with both customers & internal departments • High-level administrative skills • Strong sense of urgency and a “can-do” attitude • Excellent problem-solving & decision-making skills • Ability to juggle multiple projects • Superb written & verbal communication skills • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks is required
