    Job Description

    The Social Media Specialist is in charge of creating a social media strategy and KPIs to align with IDIQ business goals. This role includes defining priority audience segments to reach per each social media platform and honing our key message and reach.

    • Responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies on multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and more.
    • Maintain social media profiles and create new profiles as needed
    • Post to social media platforms on a daily basis and respond to followers
    • Create and grow engagement and followers across all platforms
    • Create Facebook Stories, Instagram Stories and other content as needed
    • Create and present reports on social media strategy, KPIs and other metric analysis
    • Evaluate and make changes to social media strategies as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

      

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience in social media marketing
    • Strong familiarity with business manager operations for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn , Instagram and others
    • Experience in creating social media strategy
    • A strong passion for fin-tech
    • Excellent written and oral communication
    • Willingness to interview and present on video
    • Strong time management skills
    • A college degree from an accredited four- year college or university.
    • Experience or familiarity with the topics of information security and data privacy
    • Experience in the fin-tech industry

    POSITION DETAILS: This is a full-time position, salaried, exempt (40+ hours/week). This is a hybrid position: Temecula, CA and home.
