Vice President of Partnerships & Sponsorships
Job Description
Reporting to the President of Fashion, the VP of Partnerships and Sponsorships has overall responsibility for managing the development, strategy, growth and execution of all strategic partnerships and sponsorships for the Fashion Business. This individual will bring a robust understanding of the fashion industry, established in market relationships, as well as strategic financial acumen to ensure strategies, delivery plans and execution in this space are delivering ambitious growth. . As a member of the leadership team, this role will be a crucial contributor to the development and launch of new products and innovative offerings to our customers and partners. Their established, strong relationships in the Fashion industry will have led the ideal candidate to be experienced at developing deep relationships that lead to enhancing the business through partnerships both short and long term. They will be a member of the Fashion Leadership Team and will be comfortable with taking calculated risks, have strong analytical skills, be culturally savvy with the ability to lead in a cross-functional, matrix environment. To be successful in the role, this leader will need an extensive understanding of the fashion industry, strategic planning experience, agility, and the ability to work with colleagues and clients throughout the organization.
