    Job Description

    The Fashion division of Informa Markets is looking for a hands-on MARKETING OPTIMIZATION MANAGER to maximize the value of marketing platforms, improve marketing effectiveness and commercial results.  The MARKETING OPTIMIZATION MANAGER will build and automate customer journeys and optimize with engagement with the goal of accelerating a cohesive conversion strategy.  Responsible for leading the business to implement best in class solutions and processes within the marketing technology stack, they will be abreast of industry changes and opportunities and how those new technologies can benefit the Fashion portfolio.

    This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and who loves process, puzzles, and technology.  This resource, in coordination with the Sr Director Marketing Tech, will implement continuous optimization to drive Informa’s Fashion portfolio’s position within the tradeshow industry.

     

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

    • Design and implement multi-channel programs that target all stages of prospect development, from raw inquiries and cold prospects, to engagement, to closed opportunities to increase conversions and revenue.
    • Support the implementation of lead generation activities within the marketing technology stack. Track campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, and funnel advancement.
    • Manage the integration of data between various systems in the marketing technology stack.
    • Coordinate with marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are created, tested, and delivered on-time.
    • Work with Divisional marketing stakeholders in the optimization of marketing efforts (PPC, email, website)
    • Design and Implement simple and complex campaigns that take into consideration (but not limited to) engagement activity, personas, and buying cycles.  Campaigns will be based on strategic designs laid out by marketing stakeholders.
    • Increase time efficiency through standardized marketing templates and accelerate adoption of best marketing techniques made possible by technology. Sharing best practices through collaboration with central teams and marketing stakeholders.
    • Lead quality, hygiene and governance of data capture methodologies within digital forms in a consistent to add value to marketing segments and initiatives.
    • Create metrics reports and analyze marketing data to develop insights and measure ROI.  Implement changes based on report findings.
    • Produce standard and adhoc reporting. Communicate results to stakeholders.  Monitor results against industry best practices.  Consult with marketing stakeholders and the Sr Director Marketing Optimization to integrate learnings and ensure continuous optimization.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or technology.
    • Love of puzzle solving, automation and technology.
    • Foundation of marketing automation (prefer ELOQUA) and digital marketing.
    • Understanding of basic web development and design skills with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and online form data capture (experience with a CMS like Adobe Engagement Manager a plus).
    • Excellent reporting and analytics skills.
    • Ability to multitask to competing deadlines.
    • Detail orientated with organizational and project management skills.
    • Understanding and interest in business and marketing strategies.
    • Communicate and coordinate with all levels of management.
