Qualifications
- Experience in developing and delivering change strategies
- Experience working with Salesforce
- A good understanding of process, people, cultural and technology change projects, and the value of technology in supporting business requirements
- Experience working in a technology firm and/or on Digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions
- Experience in agile, design principles and proven record in understanding end user and business need
- Work with operational managers to embed changes within the business, ensuring changes in processes, procedures and practices are achieved to deliver the planned OKRs
- Liaise with benefits owners to ensure benefits are clearly defined, agreed upon and measured
- Lead transition management, ensuring that business is maintained the changes are effectively integrated into the business
- Take ownership of relevant plans for training, communications, and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with the impacted business areas for major initiatives
- Prepare impacted business areas for the transition to new ways of working for key initiatives
- Ensure change management documentation is maintained and up to date
- Develop and deliver communication plan that includes a clear strategic narrative for the vision, plans and objectives engaging change communication, creating alignment with the strategy and high impact engagement to create widespread participation and shared ownership.
- Initiate corrective action where necessary and Identify barriers to change and develop counterstrategies to mitigate or minimize potential resistance or change fatigue
- Work closely with the divisional Learning Group and input into their training plans to ensure all business functions are prepared for the impact of the change and colleagues are supported during the transformation, with a focus on soft skills (as a compliment to technical skills development otherwise provided by individual business units and functions)
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring around good change management practices to senior leadership to increase their effectiveness as Change Sponsors in driving sustainable change.
- Degree qualified and have relevant professional experience
- Have experience using relevant methodologies, visual and design thinking
- Have a passion for technology and innovation
- Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.
- Have strong personal impact and resilience and be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
- Be pragmatic - taking a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
- Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions
- Be focused on achieving project / programme goals and objectives
- Be adept at overcoming issues and barriers
- Be experienced of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation
