    Job Description

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    The Fashion division of Informa Markets is looking for a hands-on MANAGER, MARKETING TECHNOLOGY to maximize the value of our marketing technology stack and to lead the evolution of the stack.  The MANAGER, MARKETING TECHNOLOGY will be in charge of management, maintenance, and upgrading of our marketing technology architecture, including marketing automation (Eloqua) and relate systems and website infrastructure strategy.

    This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and who loves process, puzzles, and technology.  This resource, in coordination with the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and other team members stakeholders, will implement changes to our system to enhance the performance of our digital strategies and grow our digital presence. We are looking for a proactive individual who follows new trends in MarTech and is willing to implement them. 

    YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

    • Play a key role in building out the Martech roadmap, managing Martech implementations and integrations
    • Maintain our website and CRM from a technical standpoint
    • Collaborate with Marketing Automation Specialists on implementing improvements to current marketing automation platform (Eloqua)
    • Audit/evaluate existing Martech platforms and make strategic recommendations for the future state
    • Identify opportunities to set up automation and triggers across our Martech stack
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment/integration
    • Partner with Senior Director, Marketing Operations on strategic Martech projects (data integrity, enrichment, standardization and segmentation, integrations, developing automation workflows, analytics, etc.)
    • Support Martech governance and documentation of rules and processes
    • Keep up with the latest MarTech trends and implement them when fit
    • Ensure training and adoption of marketing technology platforms across the marketing team
    • Primary point of contact with consultants/agencies supporting marketing technology efforts
    • Work closely with the other Marketing Operations team members to support their work
    • Collaborate with internal teams including IT, Sales Operations, CRM and others, as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Marketing or related field – or equivalent experience.
    • 3-5+ years of marketing operations and systems experience in a B2B organization.
    • 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with our core platforms: Eloqua, Salesforce and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (or similar content management system).  Certification or Admin status a plus.
    • Familiarity with business visualization tools, e.g., MS Power BI, Domo, Tableau. Certification a plus.
    • Strong project management skills utilizing a PM system such as WRIKE, Asana, etc.
    • Passion for staying up to date on trends in the Martech landscape.
    • Maintains a long-term scalable solutions and automation mentality.
    • Drive and passion to analyze, set priorities, and solve complex problems effectively and consistently.
    • Ability to think outside the box to solve new/existing problems – willing to ask insightful questions and challenge the status quo.
    • Strong problem-solving skills – ability to think creatively, use sound judgement, and be bold when making business recommendations and decisions.
    • Understanding of marketing automation (Eloqua) and/or digital marketing.
    • Proven success working in matrixed organizations and supporting internal stakeholders, services and platforms. Comfortable collaborating internally and externally.
    • An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to take projects and run with them
    • Culturally sensitive and able to balance human factors with professional expectations

    • The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
