    Job Description

    As the BRAND MANAGER, you will help drive the brand and content strategy for the global organization. 

    A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, be comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, and be excited about the opportunity to shape the development of our growing team.

    You will demonstrate strong business judgment and be skilled at breaking down complex, high-level ideas into executable deliverables.

    Excellent communication skills will be critical for this role.

    This role provides an excellent opportunity to work cross-functionally within a growing company.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will support the brand and content function and be a critical member of the go-to-market team
    • Partner with the sales, customer success, product management, and customer delivery teams to understand the voice of the client and ensure our marketing tactics are client-centric
    • Define the company’s brand strategy; work closely with the acquisition integration team on seamless brand integrations
    • Execute on content development and the team’s content strategy to support the demand generation and go-to-market efforts of the marketing team
    • Support the development and messaging of the brand narrative
    • Identify marketing opportunities based on client/market research and partner with marketing team to successfully bring innovative ideas to fruition
    • Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of our products and service offerings
    • Act as the internal subject matter expert on our clients, industry and market 
    • As a member of the Marketing Team, you will play a critical, collaborative role in driving high-quality sales pipeline. We are an all-hands on deck Marketing Team!

    PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of marketing experience
    • Solid business acumen and understanding of B2B buying engagements
    • Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills 
    • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
    • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at any given time
    • Maniacal discipline on setting and managing priorities and delivering results
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
