    Job Description

    Responsible for assisting and supporting Vice President of Marketing of Informa Markets Art, LLC in all aspects of marketing including; public relations, advertising, sponsorship generation, promotions, community relations and outreach, publications and social media for all Informa Markets Art events.

    ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY AND DUTIES:

    • Working with and supporting the in-house staff and independent contractors performing services related to the Marketing department, including but not limited to graphic design/production, social media, Public Relations, advertising, sponsorship & VIP relations, website and community relations.
    • Work with Vice President of Marketing to research luxury brands, determine appropriate contacts and solicit for new business and sponsorships to generate revenue.
    • Oversee and manage special events.
    • Responsible for working with the Vice President of Marketing to implement a strategic marketing plan including social media and exhibitor and attendee promotions for each fair.
    • Assist in the implementation, submission and monitoring of advertising schedules for each fair both in print and online.
    • Assist in facilitating and growing community relations programs. Continue to develop and strengthen existing appropriate business relationships with downtown organizations, groups, VIP Collectors, museums, social committees, philanthropic organizations, concierges and hotels for outreach.
    • Liaison with the public relations consultants.
    • Attend networking events in South Florida on a regular basis.
    • Work hand in hand with Vice President of Marketing on the marketing component of exhibitor customer relations. Including the production and distribution of exhibitor communications
