    Job Description

    INFORMA MARKETS SOUTH FLORIDA VENTURES IS LOOKING FOR A VP, BUSINESS INTEGRATION & STRATEGY. This role will own and drive the integration, process management, change management and continuous improvement broadly in this business group. This leadership role will co-ordinate with stakeholders within the commercial team as well as shared functions such as Finance, HR, Operations, TrO, M & A and IRIIS in order to effectively establish needs, priorities and paths forward.

    A key component of this role is establishing and managing to KPI’s & milestones along the way, supporting change management and growth of our colleagues and business on the journey.

    ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY AND DUTIES:

    ·        As a key stakeholder in the South Florida Ventures leadership team, support the day to day business integration & continuous improvement efforts, and lead key strategic projects for the business.

    ·        Lead stakeholders through the definition of the current state of the business’ technology, processes and integration to identify and own the identification of solutions, milestones and end goals.

    ·        Identify commercial challenges in achieving end goals, developing paths forward in partnership with commercial and central stakeholders.

    ·        Lead development of process, people and technical solutions focused on business integration, best practices and continuous improvement across sales, marketing, finance and operations workstreams.

    ·        Own creation of business cases for integration, best practices, and continuous improvement and ensure they are creative, thorough, practical, fiscally sensible and aligned with the objectives of the business.

    ·        In partnership with the SVP, Marketing, develop and implement a viable data driven digital strategy to impact the SFV portfolio’s profitability and client offerings.

    ·        Create process and procedure documentation, that is translatable and transferable to commercial teams and central stakeholders alike.

    ·        Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives and needs versus technical and operational constraints and adjudicate between internal stakeholder groups and partners to resolve issues.

    ·        Lead change management initiatives and implementation in partnership with stakeholders.

    ·        Collect and analyze data through existing systems and data in reports or other areas leading to actionable outcomes and business plans.

    ·        In partnership with finance, measure financial profitability and work through data driven analysis to lead to data driven synergies and opportunity.

    ·        Ensure KPI’s are defined, implemented and monitored by commercial leadership and functional leads.

    ·        Evaluate and monitor results to make data driven decisions and make recommendations to key stakeholders.

    ·        Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

    ·        Own strategic project leadership as assigned and facilitation of all SFV M & A integration activity which includes revenue and analysis of M & A pipeline and opportunities in partnership with commercial leadership and finance.

    ·        Manage multiple projects within established timelines, flexing and managing projects to be reflect the evolving business priorities.

    ·        Ability to lead and conduct analysis and research leading to data driven recommendations

    ·        Ability to influence outcomes specifically beyond the hierarchy of their role, through personal presence and confidence.

    ·        Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to construct and evaluate approach to solutions to maximize ROI.

    ·        Effective, succinct, and confident communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport with a wide range of people at all levels.

    ·        Ability to be able to inspire others to action and help them prioritize initiatives.

    ·        An ability to listen, investigate, and collaborate on solutions.

    • Practically minded, with a focus on what can be realistically and practically achieved within our evolving business. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • Experience supporting process improvement, business integration, and continuous improvement initiatives for Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service organizations preferred.
    • Proven ability to confidentially handle sensitive information professionally and thoughtfully.
