Petra Brands is looking for a Remote Information Input Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our system while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update information into company databases and systems
Verify the accuracy of entered data and make necessary corrections
Process incoming data requests and ensure timely entry
Communicate with teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records
Assist with data audits and other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent typing skills with high speed and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
High school diploma or equivalent required
