Position: Information Management Analyst

Location: Jacksonville, FL | Hybrid

Assignment: 12-Month Contract - ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) w/ Potential Extension or Temp to Perm

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Business Shift

Pay Range: $30 - $32.07/HR, Paid Weekly

Position Overview:

Wealth Management Operations (WMO) provides end-to-end operational support for Private Bank, and Workplace Benefits. Within WMO, the Business Strategy and Transformation team supports enterprise reporting and analytics by developing scalable data solutions, dashboards, and operational insights that inform business decisions across multiple functions.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their skills in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence within a structured financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of operational reports, dashboards, and scorecards using business intelligence tools.
• Support data validation efforts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights through visualizations.
• Document reporting workflows, processes, and procedures to support scalability and transparency.
• Learn and apply best practices related to data governance, reporting standards, and analytics methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Python or other scripting languages (preferred, not required).
• Interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
