    Job Description

    Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Information Processing Specialist (Data Entry / Report Processor) to support our inspection operations by managing the review, formatting, and finalization of technical reports. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and professionalism of client-facing documentation within our engineering and special inspections department.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive and review field and lab reports submitted by inspectors and engineers
    • Verify reports for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting
    • Organize and compile data into final report packages for client delivery
    • Coordinate with inspection staff to resolve discrepancies or missing information
    • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure report records are up to date
    • Utilize our database and other internal software to upload, process, and manage reports
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
    • Experience with digital file management systems
    • Accurate and efficient typing skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred Experience

    • Background in engineering, construction, or technical reporting
    • Familiarity with special inspection reports
