    IRG is seeking a SERVICENOW ADMINISTRATOR for its client at Nashville, TN.

    Role Title: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

    Nashville, TN

    Duration: 8+ months

    REQUIRED SKILLS: Customer Service

    PREFERRED SKILLS: ITIL Certification ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Customer Service or Process Improvement

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Service Desk Operations Answer phone and self service calls, analyze client issues, provide thoughtful solutioning or escalation.
    • Track and manage KPIs for Service Desk performance and request trends, always applying continuous process improvement principles.
    • Learn and understand ServiceNow functionality, client processes, and operating principles.
