Qualifications
_ MUST HAVE:_
- Education: Minimum of a 2-year associate’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Experience : 4+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise cybersecurity technologies.
- Workday Administration: 2+ years of direct Workday administration and security experience. Including configuration, role-based access control, provisioning, and integration management.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technologies, Computer Sciences, Cyber Security, Information Security or related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations, cloud platforms, security tools, and enterprise applications.
- Professional certifications: CISSP, Security+, CISM, CISA, CEH, GSEC, Microsoft Security/Compliance/Identity, and Workday Certification
- Enterprise Systems & Platforms: Administer and secure Workday (including integrations: EIB, Core Connect, APIs, Workday Studio), Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Microsoft Defender, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and other network security technologies.
