What Youll Do:

• Design and implement robust information security plans to protect sensitive company data
• Monitor systems and respond swiftly to threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents
• Oversee access control, identity management, and user permissions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Build and deliver security awareness training for companywide adoption
• Support audits, conduct risk assessments, and optimize internal security frameworks

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in InfoSec, risk analysis, or incident response
• Knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and network security best practices
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
