Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a candidate to provide Windows System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to a Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) network supporting a US Government Customer. The selected candidate will work with a primary POC who will help prioritize the software that needs to be packaged and will work closely with the RDTE Core Services team who run the SCCM environment. Packaging includes the complete life-cycle of application deployment, including requirements gathering and documentation, packaging, troubleshooting deployments and updating/retiring applications.

Specific job duties include:

• Create and maintain application packages and software updates for deployment via SCCM
• Perform large scale and targeted distribution of software or patches via SCCM
• Develop process documentation for updates and software deployments
• Run scripts that populate email distribution lists and review lists to ensure the scripts ran correctly
• Perform network share management, including assigning permissions and moving shares between servers as needed
• Update and verify network share permissions

• MCITP (Enterprise Administrator)- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008
• MCITP (Server Administrator) - Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008
• MCSA - Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
• MCSE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer

Required Skills

• 5+ Years of Experience with Windows Systems
• Experience with Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) OS Deployment
• Exposure to HP/Dell firmware configuration tools

Desired Skills

• Exposure to Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL Certification
• Experience with the IAVM process
