  • Responsibilities

    Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a candidate to provide Tier III Active Directory support on a Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) network supporting a U.S. Government Customer. The selected candidate will leverage their expertise to troubleshoot the application of group policy against workstations and servers and perform other senior level Active Directory tasks.

    Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:

    • In-depth maintenance and troubleshooting of Active Directory.
    • In-depth maintenance and troubleshooting of Group Policy.
    • Troubleshooting and configuration of Group Policies, Organizational Units, and Forests.
    • Troubleshooting patch application on clients and servers.
    • Performing required IA scanning and applying STIGs as required.
    • Familiarization with the Remedy ticketing system or similar trouble ticket systems.
    • Basic troubleshooting of HBSS.

    Clearance Level

    • Secret

    Certifications (IAT Level I)

    One of the following:

    • Security+ CE
    • GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
    • Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP)
    • System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)

    Required Skills

    • 3+ Years of Experience with Windows Active Directory

    Desired Skills

    • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL Certification
