Job Summary
Berk Enterprises is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in configuring laptops for new team members, software updates, and installation.
Work to fulfill end-user needs that have been requested through our ticketing request system.
Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
Organize and maintain IT resources.
Update Standard operating procedures when needed.
Communicate efficiently with different team members and departments.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from a technical perspective.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
1 year of relevant experience or current student
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite 365 skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
High sense of urgency
Friendly and helpful attitude
Ability to work well in teams.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
Ability to operate a computer and other productive office equipment.
Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively.
Education Requirements
High School diploma or GED required/current student seeking degree in technology
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
