    Our EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR is just that. You will Coordinate tasks as you work directly with the Owner/CEO of the company. YOU WILL TAKE ON SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY/CEO. YOU WILL PERFORM RESEARCH AND COMPLETE TASKS ON FINANCIAL, LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE ISSUES; AND YOU WILL COMPLETE A VARIETY OF ADDITIONAL BUSINESS ASSIGNMENTS AS REQUIRED.

    Your job goes far beyond a typical 'executive assistant', so if that's all you've done, you won't be qualified. In addition to the above, this job will act as an intermediary between the CEO and clients, employees, vendors, government agencies, etc. In point of fact, this role may manage other employees and the office in general, to some extent, in order to accomplish these tasks on the CEO’s behalf.

    Of course, there are administrative tasks involved. In addition to being responsible for managing the Owner/CEO’s full and dynamic calendar, you will answer routine correspondence and telephone calls-Manage itineraries and make travel arrangements-Prepare the CEO for all trips and meetings with agendas, client contact information, etc.-Attend key meetings, produce agendas, minutes, and action items-Draft and proofread memos, letters, presentations, contracts and reports-Handle confidential, routine and non-routine information with discretion.

    • -ABILITY TO SUPERVISE OTHERS AND ACT IN THE CEO’S PLACE IN GIVING DIRECTION.
    • -EXERCISE SOUND JUDGMENT AND MAKE GOOD DECISIONS TO PROMOTE A SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT WORKFLOW. 
    • -ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND WITH LIMITED DIRECTION
    • -Excellent oral and written communication skills-Excellent research skills, especially in the financial, legal, and government arenas. Works well under pressure while meeting deadlines
    • -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • -Strong problem solving and analysis skills
    • -Ability to coordinate events and meetings
    • -Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • -Ability to re-focus and re-prioritize as the CEO’s schedule and agendas change
    • -Ability to work well within all levels of an organization and within a team
    • -Excellent organizational and planning skills

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    Advanced degree (MBA, JD or equivalent preferred)

    Information Technology Infrastructure Knowledge/awareness preferred.
