Administrative Planner/Scheduler for CEO
Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: This position calls for a highly organized individual to help with the coordination of the daily administrative operations of the company. Specifically scheduling and coordination of communications – meetings and travel, taking phone calls, monitoring communications and using independent judgment to answer questions or route calls/communications to proper recipients.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
They will also be a quick learner with excellent memory skills and confidence to act independently with minimal supervision. They must be able to command respect from clients, vendors and peers through their business acumen, trustworthiness and demeanor.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
College or business school education preferred in a business-related discipline such as: Business Administration, Communications, Office management, etc.
Prefer a minimum of five years’ experience in an Executive Office environment as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Secretary, Office Manager or Personal Assistant.
