WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

    Writes easy-to-understand user interface documentation •    Creates tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications •    Analyzes existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and improvements •    Write and maintain clear and consistent interface copy in our products •    Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from Product Design, Engineering, Product, and Brand throughout all stages of development •    Help create and maintain voice and tone guidelines for all ITP products •    Identify opportunities to use data and research to evaluate and improve content •    Raise the bar for product communication Address content needs for business users with a wide variety of technological literacy in an approachable, professional, and helpful manner •    Go hands-on with user interface messaging, landing pages, emails, user education, and other product communications •    Solicit feedback and contribute constructively during regular design •    Produces high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

Qualifications

 QUALFICVATIONS REQUIRED TO DO IT

•    Bachelor’s degree in English, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field •    Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; to include but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio •    High level proficiency with WordPress •    Understanding of design principles and methods •    Proven ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional partners and work in a fast-paced environment •    Ability to work on multiple projects at a time •    Skilled communicator, influencer, and negotiator, with excellent verbal and written command of the English language •    2 years of experience crafting messaging for web or mobile products •    2+ Years of Technical Writing experience; proven working experience in technical writing or process documentation •    Excellent presentation and documentation skills •    Ability to deliver high quality documentation, paying attention to detail •    Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences •    Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and visual imagery •    Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking •    Technical background preferred
