    At ITP we have an exciting opportunity in our HR Department for a Technology Recruiter.  We are growing rapidly and seek someone who is passionate about finding the best candidates that embrace ITP’s brand.  This is a newly formed role and the position will be reporting to the Director of Administration.  ITP is a leader in manages services and we are only interested in speaking to those candidates with an outgoing personality who have experience in technology recruiting.  This person will have a lot of autonomy and must bring their own energy and passion to the role.  There is ample room for this person to grow with our company and help shape our culture by bringing in the best people for the roles.  Our company and products are built on the backs of passionate staff.     Responsibilities:

    • Screens resumes, interviews candidates (phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire, delivers employment offers and administers new hire paperwork
    • Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system
    • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements)
    • Conducts orientation of new employees and administers safety training
    • Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job boards, resume databases, social media, community network events, college/high school events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
    • Creates talent pipelines through appropriate sourcing channels such as, ATS, resume databases, community organizations, third party providers, colleges, schools, vocational and training institutions
    • Develops recruitment marketing programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
    • Recommends new strategies to management and programs to attract candidates
    • Assist in other faucets of HR as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least two years of technical recruiting experience
    • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Hands-on experience with various interview formats
    • Technical expertise with an ability to understand various job roles
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resumes
    • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Solid understanding of HR Practices and labor legislation
