    Job Location : 1805 Hobbs Road, Auburndale FL 33823 ( Dental )

    Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

    Job Description

    _ Software to be used_ : Computer, Scanner, Copier, basic office supplies, EHR, HMS, Eaglesoft.

    _ Skills_ : Experience in researching, complying, organizing data and records. Ability to make decisions in a timely manner. Ability to understand and to apply HIPAA compliance. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Ability to accurately search for and locate clients in dual systems using correct methods. Ability to cross-reference client information, services, and documentation in dual systems to ensure data consistency. Ability to enter and update documentation in dual systems to ensure documentation and record status match across both systems.

    _ Mandatory skills:_ Operate and/ or utilize standard business and office machines and equipment including computers and computer programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Health Management System (HMS)

    Can operate while maintaining a clean work environment, clean and free from hazards for clients and staff.

    _ Desired Skills:_ Effective verbal and written communication, Skills in problem solving.

    Skills in Computer software applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).

    Skills in Critical Thinking-Judgment

    Ability to enter and update documentation in dual systems to ensure documentation and record status match across both systems

    Ability to prepare reports and correspondence. Ability to follow instructions.

    Ability to review data for accuracy and completeness.

    Ability to perform basic arithmetical calculations.

    Ability to communicate effectively.

    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

    _ Duties_ : Search for and correctly identify the correct client record is accessed in Eaglesoft

    Cross-Reference HMS and Eaglesoft dates of service, and last date of services to identify hybrid files, physical-only files, and Electronic Health Record files. To ensure consistency of client dental records Enter and update documentation notes in Eaglesoft as they are entered in Eaglesoft to ensure consistency across both systems.
