    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Provide Informative Research customers with excellent service. Process and complete customer service requests within the current time service requirements, working accurately and efficiently. Become part of a team focused on delivering information to our lender partners and empowering them to make better and faster decisions.     This role will report to an Operations Manager based in the Irving, Texas site.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for responding to customer requests to complete credit report data verifications
    • Research internet for documentation to assist with verification requests
    • Analyze credit files to determine cause of missing data or changes to credit data
    • Operation of proprietary systems, and Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Safeguard sensitive consumer information at all times
    • Maintain goals for level 1 customer service (processing, QC and phone/communication goals)
    • Other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

    • Detail Oriented
    • Basic typing (25 wpm), Grammar and Reading skills
    • Ability to problem solve and work within defined training requirements
    • Ability to translate client requests and complete accurately and efficiently
    • Ability to maintain client time service expectations for all work assigned
    • Ability to think analytically and to evaluate, resolve or escalate client requests as needed.
    • Ability to maintain a professional presence and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization (internally and externally)
    • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to operate phone system and office equipment
    • Excellent follow through and issue resolution skills
    • Filing and organization of Credit documents
    • Performs other related duties as assigned

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High school degree or equivalent.
    • 1-3 years of customer service-related experience required.

    COMPENSATION / BENEFITS:

    • Pay: $15 - $18 per hour.
    • Great benefits with new employees eligible on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
