Develop cross-functional projects from outline to implementation ensuring on-time delivery while driving execution influencing Corporate Policies.
Provides key business partners with information and recommendations to assist in the development, optimization, and implementation of new and current security policies.
Researches and evaluates industry standards and benchmarks to support policy development.
Designs standardized processes and Best Practices from initiation to completion in partnership with SMEs, including comprehensive project plans, documentation, measurements, communication, and implementation to global security leaders and teams.
Fosters strong cross functional partnerships and able to effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines.
Evaluate the impact of proposed changes, with attention to scalability and sustainability over time and ensuring policies comply with applicable regional regulations and state ordinances (as needed).
Provides key business partners with information and recommendations to assist in the development and implementation of training resources and plans.
Provides Governance and Communications strategies to support Global Security initiatives that drive into policy needs.
Participate in all aspects of documentation development from product planning through release, including but not limited to: develop, writing, editing, and publishing content.
Demonstrate project management skills that drive results
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, or similar fields; or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to analyze stakeholder needs and resolve conflicts while communicating decisions in a timely manner
Experience in managing requests/concerns from regional and local partners to ensure success of programs on a global scale
Demonstrated leadership skills in a cross-pyramid capacity
Experience in the development of processes & procedures involving policy
Excellent communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively and a desire to make an impact
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Highly motivated with a positive attitude; able to work independently as well as in a team environment
5-7 years of relevant work experience
