Job Description:

The main function of a SW Engineering Project Specialist (SW EPS) is to support Technical Program Managers (TPM) in delivering high quality , stable software to VR users. The SW EPS ensures that assigned tasks are completed and that all aspects of the project are completed as quickly as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the resolution of bugs that block release.
Communicates daily status updates
Develops detailed work plans, project estimates, status reports, project tracking and analysis.
Manages critical milestones throughout the release process
Setup and Maintain Project Dashboards
Setup and Maintain Project Wiki & Documentation
Tracking project metrics (operational, KPIs, etc,) and reporting on them

Skills:
Ability to run SQL queries
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Ability to keep information organised.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience:
Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent training required
