    Location: San Francisco, CA

    We are seeking a skilled GAP Change Management Consultant to join our San Francisco office.

    Position Overview: As a Change Management Consultant specializing in GAP initiatives, you will play a key role in driving culture changes within organizations. Your primary focus will be on helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements by building greater change capabilities within their workforces and teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Organizational Readiness Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of organizational readiness for change initiatives, evaluating results and presenting a summary of findings to project teams and senior leaders.

    2. Change Plan Development: Collaborate with project teams to recommend change plans based on assessment findings. Ensure plans align with organizational goals and are designed to achieve sustainable performance improvements.

    3. Leadership Advisory: Understand and advise the leadership team on Organizational Development, Change, or Behavioral Change issues that may impact the success of the roll-out.

    4. Project Management: Apply strong project management skills to oversee large-scale projects/programs that involve the implementation of technical infrastructures. Ensure projects are executed within scope, on time, and within budget.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
    • Proven success in leading and managing change initiatives, demonstrating the ability to motivate others.
    • Strong project management skills with experience in large-scale projects/programs, particularly those implementing technical infrastructures.
    • Change Management certification or designation is desired.
