    JOB TITLE: Design Program Coordinator

    LOCATION:Menlo Park, CA

    DURATION: 9 months W2 ( possible conversion)

    The Design Program Coordinator will focus on supporting Design teams within the Enterprise Engineering organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized with experience meeting deadlines, establishing timelines, anticipating project issues and resolving them, and managing purchasing requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, an ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A highly organized approach and consistent delivery is mandatory. You'll work within our Design Program Manager team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Support the operations of our Design teams by providing logistical support for:

    • Team Operations: Ensure our design teams are operating efficiently; communication, collaboration, and access to the right information is effortless

    • Program planning: Create high-level project schedules for our product teams to ensure our team is operating efficiently and smoothly.

    • Meetings: Help schedule meetings, take notes, share out learnings, next-steps, and action items.

    • Event Planning: Help execute team events such as all hands and design work share outs as needed

    SKILLS:

    • 2+ years experience working in a similar capacity required;

    • Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;

    • Positive attitude and dependably delivers on requests;

    • Track record of being detail-oriented, willing to wear multiple hats, identifying areas for improvement/support and delivering results in a highly organized manner;

    • Strong computer and internet / office skills required;

    • Experience working with designers and/or a product team is beneficial;

    • Relationship Management

    • Project Management

    • Knowledgeable with User experience.

    2-3 travel business trips per year
